I had a wonderful stay at Garden in the ex residential building on via Nomentana. The room I stayed in on the top floor was excellent and had a spacious balcony with tinted glass. The garden and terrace were also very nice to have. The location of the hotel was ideal and not far from the subway and local buses. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the bed was very comfortable. Despite facing the busy main road, the room was well-insulated and I wasn't disturbed by traffic noise. The continental buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, beyond the classic Italian fare. The staff were friendly and the reception staff were kind enough to provide recommendations for places to eat. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again as it had a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
No negatives from this place.

As a solo traveler, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the first-class facilities, and the daily room cleaning. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to access the city and the excellent public transport system. Additionally, being within walking distance of several affordable and delicious restaurants was a definite plus. The quiet room, comfortable beds, and nice garden added to the overall positive experience. The travel information provided at the reception was also very useful.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.

Nice updated rooms and bathroom. Clean rooms. Afternoon/evening reception staff were nice and friendly, recommended a good place to eat.
One of the reception staff (morning shift) was generally unfriendly, appeared that she didn't like tourists! She told us that the hotel didn't use Booked.net, obviously the do! City tax is additional to the rate, which is fine but they didn't ask for it until the last day and needed it in cash, would have been nice for her to tell us that when we checked in. The front rooms of the hotel were a little noisy due to what I think is a car servicing business.

The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the tram and underground. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, ranging from traditional to more upscale, offering delicious meals. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and our room was spacious, with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. Plus, the hotel facilities and amenities were impeccable, providing us with a memorable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.
One minor negative aspect was the limited WiFi coverage, but honestly, it was not a big deal considering all the other wonderful things the hotel had to offer.

We stayed at the rose garden for 4 days.It is a very good hotel ,value for money. It is very clean, very good breakfast, the room was very quiet (in the back side of the building) only from the wall of the room we could hear the noise from the doors of the other rooms. Very good location, the bus station very close, and the metro not very far, you can go to everywhere in the city centre in a few minutes.

I keep coming back to my favorite hotel in Rome because it always feels like home. The staff is so helpful and even found my lost jewel on my first stay. It has everything I need, from Wi-Fi to a bar. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

We recently had a lovely romantic escape at this charming hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, offering us a complimentary drink upon arrival. The location was ideal, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby, and a short walk to the city center. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The walls in the hotel were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, which was a bit disruptive to our romantic getaway. the breakfast room was quite small and crowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy the continental breakfast that was on offer.

Great location, easy access to public transport and key landmarks. The continental breakfast was good enough to keep you fueled until you find somewhere else to eat. The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was cramped and lacked storage. The room was cold and had poor insulation.

The hotel was good value for the money. It is probably about as central as you can get, and still have parking on site. It was about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
